Du·Su is the pesticide prepared by chlorpyrifos and bacillus thuringiensis. Chlorpyrifos is a kind of organic phosphorus typed miticide having effects of contact poison, stomach toxicity and fumigation. The killing mechanism is that activity of acetylcholinesterase in bodies of pests is inhibited, and acetylcholine is accumulated in bodies of pests in huge amount, so that the pests are highly excited and then quickly killed due to poisoning. The bacillus thuringiensis in alkaline mid guts erodes cellular tissues of intestinal walls, causes intestinal tracts paralyzed in several minutes, makes the pests stop eating and quickly damages the inner membranes of intestinal tracts, and the bacillus thuringiensis enters hemolymph tissues to cause septicemia, so that the pests are died due to hunger and septicemia. In addition, aiming at the resistant pests such as rice planthoppers, rice leaf rollers and peach fruit borers, we add the third kind of ingredient in 20g, 40g and 100g ofDu·Su, and the obtained preparation can effectively prevent and control these resistant pests.
